Rockwell Automation has connected its FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI platform to Plex Quality Management System through an API integration that brings AI-based visual inspection into formal quality workflows. The setup works with both new and existing camera systems, feeding inspection results directly into Plex for product serialization, defect tracking, and compliance documentation.
