VantisCorp Launches White-Label Platform for Travel Management
New automation-first system targets TMCs still managing corporate travel through spreadsheets and email workflows.

VantisCorp debuts automation platform for TMCs
VantisCorp has launched a white-label corporate travel management platform designed to replace the manual processes that still dominate the travel management company (TMC) sector. The system consolidates hotel and flight booking, policy approvals, back-office operations, and client servicing into a single workflow that TMCs can offer under their own brand.
According to Breaking Travel News, which first reported the launch, the platform addresses operational inefficiencies that have long plagued TMCs: policy exceptions handled through email chains, manual invoice reconciliation against changing tax regulations, and the inability to scale without proportional increases in headcount.
Why it matters
Most TMCs operate on infrastructure never purpose-built for corporate travel management. Each new client typically adds manual work rather than margin, forcing TMCs to either absorb rising costs or lose accounts to platforms that sell directly to corporations. Building proprietary systems requires years of development and permanent engineering resources—investments most TMCs cannot justify. A white-label solution lets TMCs modernize operations while maintaining client relationships and brand control.
Four systems replaced by one
The VantisCorp platform integrates four core functions that TMCs typically manage through separate tools:
Booking infrastructure applies TMC-specific markups, fees, and client rules at the point of sale, with fare rules, policy checks, and approvals handled in a unified flow rather than across disconnected systems.
Policy and compliance management supports approval matrices and multi-entity client structures configured per account, moving exception handling out of email and into structured workflows.
Back-office automation covers tax-compliant invoicing for GST and VAT, wallet configuration, and payment integration, eliminating manual reconciliation work.
Client servicing tools enable TMC agents to manage post-booking changes and traveler support more efficiently without adding staff.
Because the platform operates as white-label infrastructure, corporate clients interact with the TMC's brand throughout the booking and servicing experience. VantisCorp remains invisible to the end traveler.
Addressing cost structure, not search
"Every TMC we spoke to was solving the same three problems: approvals stuck in email, invoices reconciled by hand, and no single view of client spend," said Amol Raut, co-founder and CEO of VantisCorp. "We built the OS first, because that's where a TMC's cost sits, not in the search screen."
The company reports it has contracted TMC clients operating in India, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia. TMCs interested in the platform can request demonstrations through the company's website.
