The digital services firm will integrate Claude models into its AI Pods offering and provide access to 28,500 employees as a Preferred Services Partner.

Globant Partners with Anthropic to Deploy Claude AI Across Enterprise
Globant has formalized a multi-year alliance with Anthropic that positions the digitally native services company as a Preferred Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network. The agreement, announced June 30, 2026, expands Globant's AI Pods offering to include Claude-powered solutions and grants the company's entire workforce of 28,500 employees access to Claude models.
Why it matters
This partnership represents a significant validation of enterprise demand for production-ready AI implementations beyond pilot programs. With 40% of Globant's top 20 revenue accounts already adopting the AI Pods model, the alliance signals a shift from experimental AI projects to scaled, industry-specific deployments that require deep integration expertise and ongoing support.
What Globant is building
AI Pods are specialized, agent-orchestrated service units designed to accelerate agentic AI adoption across enterprise operations. By incorporating Claude models, Globant aims to deliver what it describes as "outcome-driven solutions built for enterprise scale" rather than standalone AI tools.
The company has already enrolled teams in Anthropic's Forward Deploy Engineer certification programs, creating a dedicated practice focused on orchestrating and scaling AI-powered automation within client environments. Globant plans to certify 5,000 architects as part of this initiative.
Industry-specific applications
Global announced targeted use cases across four verticals where it sees immediate deployment opportunities:
Media and entertainment: Automated script analysis leveraging Claude's extended context window, multi-market localization, rights management, and IP compliance monitoring.
Airlines: Real-time booking personalization and AI-generated passenger communications during service disruptions.
Gaming: AI-native game design documentation, pre-production pipelines, and context-aware player support.
Hospitality: Conversational guest concierge services, multi-destination itinerary planning, and personalized communications across languages and service tiers.
Internal transformation at scale
Beyond client delivery, Globant is deploying Claude across its entire organization of 28,500 employees—what the company describes as the largest such internal rollout by a Latin American-founded services partner. This dual approach of internal adoption and external delivery distinguishes the partnership from typical technology reseller agreements.
"At Globant, we believe that adopting the most advanced AI is not just about technology, but about transforming how we work and deliver value," said Martín Migoya, CEO and co-founder of Globant, in the announcement.
Phil Samenuk, Head of Partnerships at Anthropic, noted that Globant is "bringing the most advanced and trusted enterprise AI to sectors including media, entertainment, airlines, gaming, and hospitality—combining scaled internal adoption with deep customer delivery experience."
Globant, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker GLOB, maintains operations across 35 countries and works with clients including FIFA, Google, Riot Games, and Santander. The company was previously recognized as a Worldwide Leader in AI Services by IDC MarketScape in 2023.
Details of the partnership were first reported by Globant in a press release.
