Globant Launches MuleSoft AI Pod to Automate Integration Work
New service combines AI agents with human experts to accelerate API connectivity for Salesforce customers, targeting 80% automation of manual tasks.
Globant has introduced MuleSoft AI Pod, a delivery model that pairs specialized AI agents with integration experts to accelerate API-led connectivity for Salesforce MuleSoft environments. The service, accessible through Globant's Glob.AI platform, aims to address a persistent bottleneck as enterprises attempt to scale AI initiatives across disconnected systems.
Configurable teams for varying integration needs
The offering is structured around flexible pod configurations—Lean, Scaled, and Advanced—designed to handle approximately 6, up to 12, and up to 24 integration flows or APIs per month respectively. Each pod combines AI agents for defined MuleSoft tasks with senior Globant architects who validate outputs and manage execution across API design, flow development, automated testing, governance, and legacy modernization.
According to details first reported by Automation Watch, benchmarks from Globant's migration projects and internal pilots indicate the model can enable up to 80% automation of manual integration tasks, deliver 15–25% faster time-to-value and delivery cycles, and achieve 35% greater efficiency in solution design and development.
Reducing migration timelines from months to weeks
For organizations running outdated integration platforms, Globant positions the service as a way to compress migration programs that typically require months of discovery, redesign, and validation. The company states the approach can reduce these timelines to weeks while preserving business logic and meeting enterprise governance standards.
Roland Berthelot, Global Head of Salesforce Studio at Globant, noted that integration and data readiness are becoming essential as organizations look to scale Agentforce and other AI initiatives. "MuleSoft AI Pod helps customers scale integration delivery while maintaining the governance, security and expert oversight enterprise adoption requires," Berthelot said.
Why it matters
As enterprises move from AI experimentation to production deployment, fragmented data and disconnected systems remain a critical barrier. Integration work has historically been manual, time-intensive, and difficult to scale. By automating a significant portion of this work while maintaining expert oversight, Globant's approach addresses a practical constraint that slows enterprise AI adoption—particularly for organizations managing complex, multi-cloud environments and legacy systems that must interoperate with modern AI workflows.
Delivered through Glob.AI platform
MuleSoft AI Pod is available through Glob.AI, Globant's AI-native platform designed to provide access to specialized AI services with transparent pricing linked to output or consumption rather than per-hour or per-seat fees. The service is currently accessible via waitlist.
Globant brings more than 21 years as a Salesforce partner to the offering, with over 1,200 projects delivered and a customer satisfaction score of 4.7 out of 5. The company employs more than 27,400 technologists, including 2,000+ multi-cloud experts, and has been recognized by Salesforce as an Implementation Level Expert for Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Agentforce.
