Globant Launches MuleSoft AI Pod to Automate Integration Work

Globant has introduced MuleSoft AI Pod, a delivery model that pairs specialized AI agents with integration experts to accelerate API-led connectivity for Salesforce MuleSoft environments. The service, accessible through Globant's Glob.AI platform, aims to address a persistent bottleneck as enterprises attempt to scale AI initiatives across disconnected systems.

Configurable teams for varying integration needs

The offering is structured around flexible pod configurations—Lean, Scaled, and Advanced—designed to handle approximately 6, up to 12, and up to 24 integration flows or APIs per month respectively. Each pod combines AI agents for defined MuleSoft tasks with senior Globant architects who validate outputs and manage execution across API design, flow development, automated testing, governance, and legacy modernization.

According to details first reported by Automation Watch, benchmarks from Globant's migration projects and internal pilots indicate the model can enable up to 80% automation of manual integration tasks, deliver 15–25% faster time-to-value and delivery cycles, and achieve 35% greater efficiency in solution design and development.

For organizations running outdated integration platforms, Globant positions the service as a way to compress migration programs that typically require months of discovery, redesign, and validation.
