Carrier Global Corporation has acquired 75F, a building automation systems company that uses cloud-native wireless technology and artificial intelligence to manage commercial buildings, according to a company announcement first reported by Investing.com.

The deal brings 75F's sensor network, cloud software, and AI-driven automation platform into Carrier's existing suite of building management tools, which includes WebCTRL building controls, Abound predictive analytics, and the Nlyte operational intelligence platform. Carrier did not disclose financial terms of the transaction.

The technology stack

75F's platform relies on wireless sensors deployed throughout buildings to collect environmental and operational data. That data feeds cloud-based software that uses AI to automate building management decisions, including HVAC adjustments, lighting, and energy optimization. Deepinder Singh, who founded 75F, will remain as CEO of the acquired business unit.

Integration plans

Carrier plans to integrate 75F's AI and auto-commissioning features into its commercial platforms, including the Carrier QuantumLeap thermal management suite designed for data centers. The combined offering will span equipment, controls, analytics, and operations across commercial buildings, light commercial applications, and retrofit projects.

Carrier had already incorporated 75F's platform into its Carrier ClimaVision product prior to the acquisition, signaling an existing technology partnership between the companies.
