Elastic NV has acquired Deductive AI Inc., a startup that automates infrastructure troubleshooting using AI agents, in a deal reportedly worth up to $85 million, according to TechCrunch. The acquisition represents more than double the valuation Deductive received following its seed funding round last year, which included participation from Databricks' venture capital arm and CRV.

Deductive reportedly generates approximately $1 million in annualized recurring revenue and counts DoorDash, Foursquare, and other technology companies among its customers.
